Are there per-minute fees?+
No. Your monthly is flat. The range within each tier reflects call volume. No surprise bills.
What happens if it can't answer something?+
It politely takes a name, number, and reason for the call, then texts you a clean recap. We can also route specific call types — emergencies, VIPs, certain after-hours scenarios — straight through to you live.
Does it work with my booking software?+
Yes. Calendar sync (Google, Outlook), CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, vertical-specific tools), and Zapier connections. CRM/Zapier integration is included on Premium.
Can I cancel?+
Any time. No lock-in, no contracts. The setup fee covers the build — once it's yours, it's yours.
